A: Speeds range from 256Kb to over 1Mb per second. Speeds vary based on signal strength and general Internet congestion.

Q: Do you guarantee download and upload speeds?
A: Although we wish we could guarantee actual download and upload speeds, because of many different variables, we cannot guarantee that your speeds will always achieve the maximum speed that you purchase. For instance if you buy a 512Kb/512Kb circuit actual speeds will vary from 64Kb UP TO 512Kb. This is based on the server that you connect to, what speeds that server has going to it, how busy it is, what Internet routes are involved and any other general Internet congestion.

Q: How much does this service cost?
A: ITSAir Broadband service rates for businesses start at $250 per month. Installation prices vary based on equipment needed at your location, please call for quotes or e-mail sales@ITSAir.net and a technician will contact you to determine these figures.

Q: How does ITSAir work?
A: A stationary antenna will be installed on your building with line-of-sight to the closest ITSAir tower. ITSAir has transmiters on towers throughout the area. Each tower is connected to our Network Operations Center.

Q: How many computers can I connect to the service?
A: ITSAir Broadband is priced by the circuit speed and security level desired. You may connect as many computers as you would like to your circuit at your business location. We do not have a PER SEAT FEE for businesses!!

Q: How do I sign-up?
A: To sign-up for ITSAir Broadband you can either call us at the numbers listed below. Once we know you are interested in the service we will conduct a site survey to see if we have signal at your location. If we have signal then you can get the service.

Q: Will atmospheric conditions or solar eruptions (sun spots) cause interruptions in service?
A: No, These types of conditions do not cause problems with ITSAir.

Q:Is any special software required?
A: No additional software is needed. Any standard operating system will work using any Internet application.

Q: How does this method compare to DSL?
A: Wireless is much faster, more widely available in rural areas and is less expensive. DSL is limited to the copper plant in use by the Telco. Wireless speeds range from 256kps up to 1800kps (a T1 circuit is 1544kps) DSL services are not currently available in much of the area.
